Return & Replacement Policy

Each piece is made just for you — which means we don’t offer refunds.
However, if you ordered the wrong size, we’re happy to offer a replacement under the following conditions:


🔄 Replacements & Returns

You have 14 days after receiving your parcel to request a size exchange.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • You must return the original item to us at your own cost before we ship the replacement

  • We can only replace it with the same design in a different size

Just email us at suppartonwheels@gmail.com with your order number and the new size you’d like — we’ll guide you through the process.


⚠️ Non-replaceable items

We do not accept returns or replacements for:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Items returned without original packaging


🛠️ Damaged, Defective or Lost Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is lost during delivery, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost.
Just send us a photo and your order number — we’ll take care of it.


🎁 Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift at checkout, the replacement will be sent directly to you.
If not, the replacement will be sent to the original purchaser.


🚚 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
Delivery time for replacements may vary depending on your location.
